What is the status of my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the United Kingdom. For international delivery enquiries (such as to the Republic of Ireland or other countries), please contact us before placing an order.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are usually processed for dispatch within 12–24 hours. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and may vary by location.

What happens if I’m not home at delivery?
Depending on the courier, your item may be left with a neighbour, taken to a local depot for collection, or rescheduled for delivery. The courier will contact you directly with instructions.
Will I pay taxes for international shipping?
For international deliveries, customs duties or VAT may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Yes — we accept returns for eligible items returned in unused condition within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging with all seals intact.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are processed under the same conditions as returns. Simply let us know you want an exchange when initiating your return.
Are returns free?
Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For confirmed faulty items, we will arrange a return shipping solution.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are inspected and confirmed within approximately 14 days of receipt. Once accepted, refunds, exchanges or store credit are issued within 14 days.
