DELIVERY POLICY

UK Delivery

We deliver across the United Kingdom using trusted courier services.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability.

  • Tracking details will be provided (where available).

  • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for courier delays outside of our control.

International Orders (Including Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland)

We may accept orders outside mainland UK. Please note:

  • We are required to declare the full value of goods.

  • Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply.

  • The customer is responsible for any customs or import charges.

  • We do not undervalue items on customs declarations.

Please check your local import laws before placing an order.

RETURN POLICY

14-Day Returns (UK Consumer Rights)

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Certain products may be excluded (see Exceptions below).

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number.

  2. We will provide return instructions.

  3. Securely package the item in its original packaging.

  4. Send the item to the address provided in our return instructions.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked service.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 working days.

  • Funds may take 3โ€“5 additional working days to appear in your account (depending on your bank).

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • If you used a finance or โ€œbuy now, pay laterโ€ provider (e.g., PayPal Pay in 3 or Klarna), adjustments will be made accordingly.

You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery for shipping damage.

  • Provide photos of the packaging and product (if applicable).

  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items may not be eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Custom-built PCs made to your specifications

  • Software products once opened

  • Used or installed components

  • Special-order items

For repair services:

  • Labour charges may be non-refundable once work has been completed.

  • Deposits for diagnostic services may be deducted where applicable.

REPAIR SERVICE RETURNS

Devices submitted for repair must be collected within a reasonable timeframe once notified. We reserve the right to charge storage fees for uncollected devices after extended periods.

Customers are responsible for backing up their data before submitting devices. PC Xpress is not responsible for data loss during repair.

After placing your order:

  • You will receive a confirmation email.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details (if available).

  • You may also track your order through your account (if registered).
